Although I share you frustration about the lack of photos, I think you are focusing too much on that and not being fair to the possible witnesses. So, I am driving 60mph down the highway. I look up and see a large flying creature. Eyes back on the road (Minor course correction). OK, seems safe; look again "Am I really seeing what I think I am seeing?" Oh crap eyes back on the road (Minor course correction). Look up again, "Holy crap! I think I am seeing a Terrasauer. I need to pull over and try to get a picture or video". Check, yep safe to pull over. Signal, lane change move to the emergency lane. A finally stop, unlock door, grab phone, exit vehicle, activate camera function. Where is that creature? Where is that creature? Dang it! I missed it, nobody is going to believe me.
